Just stopped working today, for some reason? #67

Tried restarting Obsidian. Still doesn't want to work :(

+1: just installed, only works by manually invoking the replacement. Tab and space don't work. Live preview cannot be disabled, it get re-enabled automatically when I restart the plugin or Obsidian.
