The expected Win10SecuritySettings change at least on a weekly basis. Perhaps the most sustainable solution to this would be to have a Lua script execution environment that fetches a (preferably signed) Lua script from a server to patch ID_SUBMIT_TICKET packets properly.

This isn't relevant anymore, given that client emulation and WinDivert are no longer supported.
