Letter case of "Gskartwii" in imports should be consistent #20

At the moment, imports read github.com/gskartwii/roblox-dissector/datamodel and github.com/Gskartwii/roblox-dissector/peer. All imports should use a capital G to be consistent with the GitHub username.

Additionally, README should be updated to reflect this convention.
