User interface should have clear and comprehensive documentation

While the API is pretty thoroughly documented at this point, basic usage of the GUI is not. It should have documentation on basic usage.

Docs should cover:

[x] How (and when) to start a capture
[x] How to capture loopback traffic
[x] What the different packet types mean
[x] Usage of the DataModel viewer, and its limitations
[x] How to dump a schema
[x] Usage of the server
[x] FAQ/Troubleshooting common issues
[x] How to compile from source
[x] How to use WinDivert functionality
[ ] ??? - Other things people have problems with. This is one of the reasons why I'm marking the issue as "help wanted".
