feat(core): add optional wait for transaction

Description

Allow user to use waitForTransaction outsite sdk core actions.

• add waitForTransaction param to react hooks and core actions (defaults to true)
• use same param structure for hooks and actions (avoiding param type duplications)
• exports core action param and result types
• add isLoading, isSuccess and isError (derived from status) to hook returns
• use result instead of response in hook returns
• add react package typecheck
