feat: add erc-20 support to orderbook

For #469 This is completed @kwiss

• [x] ERC-20 token contract successfully deployed on devnet
• [x] Orderbook smart contract updated to support ERC-20 tokens
• [x] All existing functionality for other token standards remains intact
• [x] New ERC-20 specific functions are implemented and tested
• [x] Quantity handling is correctly implemented for ERC-20 tokens
• [x] Logic for handling non-existing token IDs is implemented and tested
• [x] All tests pass, including new tests for ERC-20 functionality
• [x] PR must be made with the branch https://github.com/ArkProjectNFTs/ark-project/tree/feat/contract-v2 as a base
