Hello, pls someone know how to run Dear isle map with COM ?

I also asked this question and got this response:

"Hi, you need to adjust the map name of the mission. if it is xxx.ChernaursPlus it will load chernarus."

My Issue was promptly closed. I still cannot get the deer isle mod to run.
