Expansion COM adapted to Vanilla COM

• COM is now outside of the mission itself preventing code duplicates and easier setup for new maps
• added M3S Covered
• added missing parts
• added Spawn Positions for takistanplus, rostow, deerisle, chiemsee, esseker
• added Teleport Positions for takistanplus, rostow, deerisle, chiemsee, esseker
• expanded object spawner blacklist

Known issues:

• No guides to explain how to use the dayz launcher to start COM with mods
• Start bats for modded maps doesnt load the required mods
• Missing links to help the user to know where to download map X or Y
