Update the install-afc.sh script for the following:
Automatically configure the moonraker.conf file with the correct update information
Allow installing from specific branch (Note, if you do this, and then ./install-afc.sh -b main, you will need to manually swap bac to the DEV branch until this code is merged into main)
Allow selecting which klipper service to install to / restart
