Speech-to-text is waiting a long time after user stops speaking before turning off recording. The behavior on Android is different - record is stopped in very short time after there is a silence.
Note: speech-to-text is a Community Toolkit feature and has nothing in common with Plugin.Maui.Audio (and it's silence detection) which is used in recording audio.
