Run analyses for all fractions of causation #12

I still need to run all the different fractions of causation for each summary statistic (All ischemic stroke (current) and also for cardioembolic stroke).

May 24th: This is now done in folder step3_jack. Note that I excluded "f =" from the code which means we generate PRS across each default fraction of causation ([1, 0.3, 0.1, 0.03, 0.01, 0.003, 0.001])
