The "Save Video, Replay, and Close" buttons appear and stay over top the video playing and new videos inserted and don't go away. I uninstalled this mod and the issue doesn't persist.

Do you have any other mods installed? I have never encountered this in a vanilla game. If possible, please attach a full log file.
