Add hint about allowed actions

Readmi file is good place for instructions about building of the programm. Man page and help options is more situatble to reference manual. But simple hint in the game can be added to look allowed actions without detailed descriptions. Additional desirable option - possibility to hide the hint.

But this activity with have lovest priority.

Permanent text_log added in right part of screen. But hide option is not implemented yet. May be it needless.
