Download data for this table button within record does not work #1188

When viewing a record with an embedded table there is a button to download data just from the embedded table. Clicking on this button does nothing. The functionality should be created or the button should probably be deleted.

I have this problem with Multiple Sightings form - is seems this button is meant to download only a part of the survey, the table where multiple species can be added? It doesn't seem very useful - it assumes that someone is comfortable entering the other values in the web form but only enters multiple species in an Excel spreadsheet only to later upload it in the web form.

On the other hand, uploading an entire populated survey form would be useful in case some volunteers submit data in the form of a spreadsheet because they don't want to use a webform. At least this is our case. There is another button called 'Download form template (.xlsx)', where all surveys are listed, that works and downloads a template of the whole survey form but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to upload it.
