Reinstate Map tab to project finder #1471

Reinstate map tab to PF. Add it such a way that all projects are shown.

This feature should be reinstated, but needs to disable pagination to ensure that all project areas can be returned and presented on the map together. Ideally these will be delivered and presented as polygons rather than centroid points, perhaps from a clustered representation at a certain zoom level. Should consider z-index layering and sequence - default fixed, or user selected sort options, active layering for overlapping polygons, pop-up contextual project information on-hover/click, etc.
