Add capability to group survey templates #1572

Currently, form template selection is a giant unordered list (see image below). Improve this interface to help users. image

Enchancement should have the following

  1. Search capability
  2. Group form template into categories
  3. Alphabetically order category and form templates in a category

Use select2 binding for searching. See image below. image
