Replace multiple flags(isCitizenScience, isWorks, isMerit, isWorks.) with projectType(CitizenScience, MERIT, e.t.c)

Currently, fields like isWorks, isCitizenScience are used to identify different hubs. As a consequence of this change, ensure appropriate changes are made to hub settings.
