Admin page for batch uploads doesn't reflect the progress of the loads properly

looking at https://images.ala.org.au/admin/batchUploads I can see many loads which says Awaiting processing:

And there are many that others that say Loading while if you drill in the batch, all the files are already processed and loaded:
