Audio files: Play button not showing

• When displaying an audio file it would be great to show the typical triangle play button. At the moment only a dark grey bar is displayed an one intuitively has to click on the lleft of the bar to start playing the audio.

• It would be nice if there was a volume control too.

• In addition the audio playback seems to be broken for Safari see below

Play button is showing but there is a bug for the time/time elapsed display (record):
