Simple GUI #26

Let's develop a simple GUI! Probably using PyQT. Right now it should support the current workflow:

  1. specifying forward and backward video
  2. Specifying encoder options
  3. specifying superframe number
  4. specifying superframe size
  5. generate button

Nice to have:

  1. progress bar ideally
  2. display of videos in manifest
