When encountering video encoded with yuv420px (maybe an iphone thing), the system will fail with a SubprocessError

This is a pretty easy fix I think - just re-encode before doing the integral transcode step during import. It's not clear to me how much this is an issue, and it's also not clear to me how this appears. Is it a bug, or is it going to happen every time someone tries to import videos taken on an iPhone?
