There would be no more dropdown box for choosing the exe mod to use, AuroraMod is used by default. This is basically dropping vanilla Aurora, but people who want to play vanilla would not be using the loader in the first place. The big advantage of enforcing a particular exe (especially a deobfuscated version like the AuroraMod exe) is that it would allow easy integration of the patcher into the loader. Using a patcher for simultaneous exe patches (especially with Harmony support) is the preferred way of doing it over having different exe's of which only one can be run at a time.
