Added Transaction Hash Upgrade note; minor edits. #259

Added note about the Transaction Hash upgrade. Removed statement about enabling Transaction Details as that functionality is now enabled by default, and the MINT no longer has a setting for enabling the feature. Minor edits for readability and clarity.
