Update with more ROS content and substituting the obsolete course

The new version is already in teams but i need to add a new document with all the relavant links. This is probably better done with a bookmarks page in the wiki.

The new document is done and so are the relevant links that passed to the wiki section " bookmarks". I think its best to restructure the wiki, and to place the bookmarks + guide to cnn + guide to ros in the same place with all the relevant links and the overall document
