Camera Backplates #754

Hi there,

Our team has been trying to find a solution for image backplates. We stumbled across a pr in the usd-interest user group. https://groups.google.com/g/usd-interest/c/hqDb4X5_7cc/m/0UiDPmkOAwAJ

It appears that the backplates were Maya-centric but never checked in, or standardized. I believe the image from image plane is exported via ArnoldUSD export, but it is never visible.

It would be awesome to add backplate support to arnold-usd!

Pending changes in USD and Maya USD before we can do something directly

Need to investigate why backplate is not visible from ArnoldUSD export
