Taipy Studio Extension Panel's space is mismanaged and frustrating #67

Description The Taipy Studio Extension Panel should better manage its space so all useful buttons are easily accessible without scrolling or resizing.

1 - Dead space in the data nodes, tasks, and scenarios tabs should be removed 2 - The user needs to scroll down to see other properties 3 - The user needs to resize the panel to edit properties

Remove the dead space, and force the panel width to access the edit property button.

edition is now done by clicking on the property/value Size of panels is managed by VsCode
