create nginx role for index file students 20-10-22

Generate Nginx Role to modify our nginx server

• make nginx role

• add shadow to the www-data group (nginx)

• copy contents of /etc/pam.d/nginx role to all machines

• restart ngix

• BONUS

• Enable the nginx script in that role

• also add the student things
