Revert "Reorder transition_infos based on world_infos" This reverts commit da9b454b2edc03fa06c7e7522b67b516a1856a1f .

CC @wossnameGitHub . I'm still not 100% convinced about this ordering, but does this at least look right to you?

Yes this looks good to me! And of course people can always argue about what would be considered the "perfect order", but at the very least this is MUCH better than the original order! So I'd say: Merge it!
