note:

  1. need VVCSoftware_VTM-VTM-14.0 "encoder_intra_vtm.cfg"
  2. please check the file path
  3. usage ex: cd fast && ./EncoderAppStatic -c encoder_intra_vtm.cfg -c ib128.cfg -q 22 -mmlab c ./mmlab/mmlab.cfg
  4. If the results are different, it is probably due to hardware differences(cfg use default)
