Failed to activate the quippet package #8

On using the shortcut alt-shift-q I get the following error:-

Cannot find module 'C:\Users...\AppData\Local\atom\app-0.199.0\resources\app.asar\node_modules\snippets'

Any ideas how I cant resolve this ?

I believe what I am observing is related to this error also. Not only causes the plugin to not work but it also prevents Atom from loading the preferences for other plugins when entering Settings / Packages
