We need to double check if we can enable Microsoft Defender for Cloud on the resource group of the app, through Bicep. Otherwise, we need to document how to do that.
GIven the project template is hosted on GitHub, this may have to be a parameter on Bicep if and only if the project is hosted on Azure DevOps.
