[ ] include a check that "swagger-to-sdk" section exists
[ ] make sure swagger to sdk section includes generation of all languages (or switch to this by default)
[ ] need suppression support to account for exception, in cases where a team doesn't want to generate SDKs at all.
[ ] make sure all tags are covered
