[WIP] Add specs for p2s vpn server configuration #116

This spec still need alternate. Currently magic module does not support array of enums, therefore the field vpnProtocols in this spec is replaced by array of strings. This replacement causes the generated code cannot properly compile.

This is a long-standing problem. We can submit an issue for MM, and I will try to add this feature soon.
