Created a new tutorial which only has relevant information to those who want to get started with executable docs

Instead of changing the simdem folder itself and removing unnecessary functionality in that, I preserved the nature of the simdem tutorial and create a new tutorial based on simdem which only has functionality relevant to a new user looking to get started with executable docs
