Deployment Failure Reason: Failure during content distribution.

Hello! Our Static web App deployments are suddenly failing with an unclear error message: Failure during content distribution. Static Web app was running fine. Did a code push and now the stack is down and I cannot figure out why. I tried re-running the build but it always fails the same.

Same here for some Static Web Apps but not others. e.g Apps A, D, E, M are failing every time, the rest of B-Z are still working fine.

We have the same problem, the last time it ran was three days ago, during this time nothing has changed in the action that could cause this error. I have already restarted it five times, unfortunately without success. In the logs only the error message Deployment Failure Reason: Failure during content distribution appears, even with debug logs we have no further details.

Same here. This morning it still worked fine. I just updated some code, nothing in the pipeline and now it's failing continiously.

5 hours since first reported and not a single person from MS/Azure has said a thing. I'm not even sure writing in this thread is notifying them at all. Not really sure how else to proceed, this is where the error message says to report it!

If this is blocking anyone - try manually deploying from visual studio for now.

This is not the solution - but it is just a work around to unblock your release

Not really feasible.... my ci/cd does a lot of stuff with secrets and replacing values upon deploy etc.

Current Status: We are actively investigating backlogs and telemetry to look into what could have potentially caused customer impact. Engineers are engaged working on identifying a mitigation workstream at this time. The next update will be provided within 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
