Add "showroom fiat sale" to payment means

Context

Following this morning meeting with PVH Éditions for LaBookinerie, during the demo event, they'd like to use their bootik as a cash register software in order to take in account physical book sales paid with cash & credit card into the challenge gauge, so they'd be happy to track their IRL sales into the bootik app.

Use case

When I make a sale outside Bootik, I want to be able to track the transaction on my Bootik system.

Proposition

• Add a payment mean "Showroom fiat sale"
• Associate this payment mean to a flag "enableShowroomSales"
• When "enableShowroomSales" is enable, I can choose it beside Bitcoin & Lightning on /checkout
• On /order, if payment mean = "Showroom fiat sale" :
  • keep order in "pending" status
• On /admin/order/{id}, add a button "Mark as paid" to force the "paid" statuts of the order
  • for this payment mean only ?
  • it can be interesting to allow this for every type of order in case of blockchain sync issue
• if possible :
  • add a /admin/showroom tab, and list corresponding orders in it
  • use 🏪 icon to display them in /admin/order

Note : in a less one-shot need, it'll be useful to have this kind of feature. It's always difficult to manage these kind of "my grandma gave me 500$ to support my project and I now have to send them to Kickstarter with a proof and 8% commission to fill the 200$ needed to reach 100%". With this, we'll be ok.
