• users fill a service submission with a specific form on bootik
  • input: what's the said service
  • input: npub or email
• owner has a service manager in back-office
  • owner can review service submissions
  • owner can "accept", "evaluate" or "decline" service submission
  • on acceptation, owner can grant user some loyalty points
  • on evaluate, a thread is created for the user and the owner to discuss about the service

Idea here is to interact with owner's community and rewards :

• typos notifications on product page and CMS pages
• services outside the bootik (help on a convention, proofreading, won contest, etc)
