list every cookie & personal informations used on Bootik website
add the accept / refuse / set cookies selection on 1st access
add the cookie selection acceptation to cookies

I'm not 100% sure we need the "accept / refuse / set cookies selection on 1st access" since we only use essential cookies and no analytics (for now at least)

I would say this issue is more about adding a privacy policy (listing cookies used) + doing #49, and the cookie banner / accept is unneeded (at least at the moment)
