Android App for use in Research Project at UC Merced

This app was designed for the use analyzing connectivity strength with the help of the Bluetooth API as well as a Raspberry Pi Sensor

App is treated as a Client which connects to a Sensor that acts as the Server. Connected over Bluetooth, it sends Wi-Fi Info to Server and recieves the same info from the Server to confirm the connection.

• [X] Asks User for Permissions of Bluetooth and Location Services
• [X] Asks User to Turn on Bluetooth
• [X] Looks for Nearby Devices
• [ ] Display Nearby Devices in Options Menu
• [ ] Sends Wi-Fi info to Server with Button
• [ ] Displays if Connection is Successful
