Describe the bug
When signing up for a SOL*R account, there is a Yes/No radio button that has no context around it, but it is a required field AND, after clicking Submit, there is no indication if the account creation was successful or if it failed. The page does not change.
Fill in the required Registration form information and Create a BCcampus User ID
Select a Yes or No radio button
Click "I'm not a robot"
Click Submit
Expected behavior
After submitting the form, a message appears on screen saying that the account has been created. Maybe it takes the user to the login screen (?) or otherwise indicates successfully creating an account.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 10
Browser Firefox, Chrome
Version: latest version
Additional context
After clicking Submit, and the account is successfully created, an email with an account activation link is sent to Support@bccampus.ca. The user cannot access SOL*R as an instructor until the activation link is clicked, or the Support team adds the SOLR Group to the person's BCcampus account through the Admin Toolbox.
When clicking the activation link, this XML error message appears, but the SOLR group and No Delete group has been successfully added to the account.
