UNDO feature #122

What's the problem this feature will solve? The ability to undo the last applied step(s)

Describe the solution you'd like Right click undo or CTR-Z restores status prior to latest move

Too many to list, but for example if one accidentally moved a polygon, it needs to be manually moved back and almost assuredly not in the same place.

Alternative Solutions There are none

This require to address https://github.com/BICCN/cell-locator/issues/96 and then leverage improvement done in Slicer/Slicer@8352f2e1 (BUG: Fix MRML scene undo/redo mechanism)
