Ability to select the direction in which a polygon extrudes #123

What's the problem this feature will solve? It currently appears that extrusion is in both directions, when one might strongly prefer it to only go in one or another. If for example I'm looking at the face of a really thick section for reference and cutting downward when getting my sample, then I'd like the drawing plane to be where it matches the section image and then extrude through the Z-plane to reflect this process. Conversely, if I'm looking at the back of a section and cutting the other direction, then it would be good to set it to extrude in the opposite Z-direction.

Describe the solution you'd like A feature where you can select the direction for extrusion. If one has drawn in the coronal plan and want the depth to go in the poster direction, then there could be a "posterior" option (and an "anterior" and "middle" option, which wouldn't be selected in this case)
