Filename text box is not initialized. (Slicer 2020) #138

Environment

Description

The Filename text box is not updated with the current state. The text box is initially empty, and is not updated when the annotation is Saved.

Expected Behavior

According to the qa checklist the textbox should be initialized to "None", and should reflect the new filename when the annotation is saved.

How to Reproduce

Not initialized:

  1. Start the application

Save As:

  1. Start the application
  2. Save the annotation (via Save or Save As)

In both cases, the text box will be empty.
