Toggling structure/layer label changes the location of slice

Environment

• OS: Windows 10
• Cell Locator 0.1.0-2021-05-21

Description

Use case: Problem: I want to visually match the Cell Locator section to the section in my photodoc

• To see the anatomical features more clearly on the CCF, I want to toggle off the atlas overlay and adjust the contrast

• After I match my section, I want to toggle the structure layer back on so I can get read out of the structures
• When I turn the structure back on, it moves the section maybe back to some default

Expected behavior

The position of the section is not affected when toggling overlay on/off

How to Reproduce

1. Start the application
2. Then run '...'
3. An error occurs.
