Toggle rendering of markup labels. #199

Add a way to toggle rendering of markup labels in the 3D and 2D views. This should default to off.

There may be some way to add such a checkbox to the left-hand SubjectHierarchy view. Otherwise, a toggle for all labels should be sufficient.
