Change or addition to polygon tool #98

Open josefs2 opened 4 years ago

josefs2 commented 4 years ago

What's the problem this feature will solve?

When outlining dissections from our procedures, it would be easier and more precise, I feel, to have a tool where we can create a polygon by "connecting the dots" as opposed to a polygon being instantly created after dropping a third point.

Describe the solution you'd like

An additional tool where we can drop points in lines and connect our last placed point to the first.

As far as I know, this would mainly benefit work for Tissue Processing.

After addressing https://github.com/BICCN/cell-locator/issues/96, it will be possible to simply insert a point anywhere within an existing annotation.

Would that help ?
