Error converting pfRICH GDML geometry for opticks #5

To reproduce run:

docker run --rm -it bnlnpps/esi-opticks:0.1.0 g4cx/tests/G4CXOpticks_setGeometry_Test.sh run
/esi/opticks/g4cx/tests/G4CXOpticks_setGeometry_Test.sh : GEOM pfRICH : no geomscript
