Provide a more granular description of setup steps need to run Opticks in esi-shell with docker.

Not at that point. I do agree with your prior point that most users should be able to understand how to run a real GPU test, -- thanks.

@buddhasystem @plexoos I am merging this because this only deals with installation with docker. I will open a separate PR for examples.
