Commented out alliance selection
Added UI for fouls & tech fouls
Changed checkboxes to combine Estop + disable and add Climb Failed checkbox

I think it works? someone competent should check though

OK, I've tried to add in the necessary backend changes for this -- try merging main into your branch and reinstalling dependencies, and let's see if it works properly.
