QOL/UI changes

• removed control panel section (not necessary for chezy)
• switched increment/decrement buttons so that increment is on the right and decrement is on the left
• fixed input boxes so that increment/decrement buttons don't stack in confusing ways on mobile
• added input validation through html (checks for invalid match #/team #/power cell data and makes the user fix it before they can submit the form)
• input boxes which require numbers should bring up a keypad instead of a keyboard on mobile

not sure if a pull request is entirely necessary since it's mostly small changes but i'd rather not risk messing up stuff.
